Tucked away in a quiet North Mesa neighborhood, you'll find our spacious 4 bedroom, two story home, furnished with guest's comfort in mind. The main level encompasses two living rooms, the kitchen and dining areas and an office! Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, featuring two king beds!

Making your way outside, the private backyard features a swimming pool, covered patio space, and then a grill to cook out after a day in the sun!

| Bedrooms & Bathrooms|

The primary room is located on the second floor and is furnished with a king bed across from a private television. There is a spacious walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has two vanities, a walk-in shower and a large walk in closet.

The upstairs has three more bedrooms for guests! The first room features a queen size bed, nice closet space and a TV to wind down in the evening with your favorite show!

The second guest bedroom features another king bed and TV! The closet will have a luggage rack since no dressers are placed in this room.

Our last bedroom is playful, featuring two twin beds! We built a home monkey bar set for the kids!

There is one guest bathroom on the second floor! This bathroom features a shower/tub combo and one vanity sink.

As you make your way down stairs, you find a private office space and a queen size murphy bed! Get some fresh air during a long work day with the private exit to the backyard and the third full bathroom is located in this room!

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig dual machine and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!

The kitchen nook seats four people at a small round table and then bar seating for two! The dining room is in the next room over and seats eight people for a nice family gathering!

As you enter through our front door, you walk into the first living room area to the left! This space has a 65 inch TV with plenty of seating, a reading corner furnished with meditation pillows, and the dining room! (The foyer has one step down into the living room)

At the back of the house, off the kitchen, you'll find a second living room featuring another 65 inch TV! There is a sectional couch to make for a comfy movie night!

The laundry room doubles as the mud room from the garage! The garage is accessible for guest to park inside!

| Outdoor Space |

Out in our spacious, fully fenced backyard you can relax under the covered patio or lay out in the sun, poolside! The pool is serviced all year around for our guests to enjoy. We have a propane grill, outdoor seating and cornhole boards for you to enjoy the perfect AZ weather!

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.
